Release of Drug Testing Information. When a grievance is filed as a result of a positive test the employee shall authorize the City to obtain from the MRO his or her records relating to the drug test. Upon receiving the records, the City shall promptly provide copies to the appropriate official of the Union, provided that the employee has executed the consent form authorizing release to the Union. The consent request shall be given to the employee in conjunction with the request authorizing release of the information to the City.
