Common use of Release of Employment Claims Clause in Contracts

Release of Employment Claims. The Executive agrees, as a condition to receipt of the payments and benefits provided for in Sections 6(b) and (c), that he will execute a comprehensive release, releasing any and all claims arising out of the Executive’s employment (other than enforcement of this Agreement and the Executive’s rights under any of the Company’s incentive compensation and employee benefit plans and programs to which he is entitled under this Agreement).

Release of Employment Claims. The Executive agrees, as a condition to receipt of the payments and benefits provided for in Sections 6(b) and (cSection 5(c), that he will execute a comprehensive releaserelease agreement, in a form attached hereto as Exhibit A, releasing any and all claims arising out of the Executive’s employment (other than enforcement of this Agreement and the Executive’s rights claims for benefits under any of the Company’s incentive compensation and employee benefit plans and programs to in which he is entitled under this Agreementthe Executive participates).

The Executive agrees, as a condition to receipt of the payments and benefits provided for in Sections 6(bsections 5(f) and (c)g) hereof, that he will execute a comprehensive releaserelease agreement, releasing any and all claims arising out of the Executive’s 's employment or termination thereof (other than enforcement of this Agreement and the Executive’s 's rights under any of the Company’s 's incentive compensation and employee benefit plans and programs to which he is entitled under this Agreement). Such release agreement shall be negotiated in good faith by the parties.
