Released Time for the President of the Association. If the president of the Association is a secondary teacher, he/she shall be allowed release time for five (5) periods each week during which the president shall be freed from all responsibilities and duties. If the President is an elementary teacher, the release schedule shall be mutually determined by the Superintendent and the President.
