Releases by the State of Mississippi. The Mississippi Attorney General fully and finally releases the Released Entities from any civil claim the Attorney General could assert under the Mississippi Consumer Protection Act, Miss. Code Xxx. § 75-24-1 et seq., arising out of (a) the factual allegations in the complaints filed in the State Cases; and (b) the Covered Conduct for the period of January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2014. The Mississippi Attorney General executes this release in his official capacity and releases only claims that the Mississippi Attorney General has the authority to bring and release.
