Time of Day Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to Eastern time (daylight or standard, as applicable).
Counting of Days Except where otherwise specifically provided, any reference in this Note to a period of "days" means calendar days, not Business Days.

Company hereby authorizes Administrative Agent to charge its accounts with Administrative Agent in order to cause timely payment to be made to Administrative Agent of all principal, interest, fees and expenses due hereunder (subject to sufficient funds being available in its accounts for that purpose).
