Reliability Reporting. Buyer is to provide monthly to Embraer an Aircraft reliability report. This report shall include Aircraft total time and cycles, component removals, shop finding reports and tear down reports (for each failure completed) by authorized agencies and SDR’s (Service Difficult Report) with date, Aircraft registration, problem description, maintenance action, and part number and serial number of the components removed and installed. Buyer shall use the ATA 100 chapter breakdown format for all reports.

Reliability Reporting. Each Party shall promptly report in writing to the other any substantial failure of the Product, material change in the statistically demonstrated reliability of the Product or other material information relevant to the reliability of a Product of which such Party becomes aware.

  • Diversity Reporting Upon request, the Contractor will report to the Department its spend with business enterprises certified by the OSD. These reports must include the time period covered, the name and Federal Employer Identification Number of each business enterprise utilized during the period, commodities and contractual services provided by the business enterprise, and the amount paid to the business enterprise on behalf of each agency purchasing under the Contract.

  • Reliability Reliability targets (Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)) are defined in the technical specifications as set out in the Contract.
