CHILD ABUSE REPORTING. CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to annually train all staff members, including volunteers, so that they are familiar with and agree to adhere to its own child and dependent adult abuse reporting obligations and procedures as specified in California Penal Code section 11164 et seq. and Education Code 44691. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be submitted to the LEA.
CHILD ABUSE REPORTING. Contractor shall ensure that all known or suspected instances of child abuse or neglect are promptly reported to proper authorities as required by the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act, Penal Code § 11164, et eq. Contractor shall require that all of its employees, consultants, and agents performing services under this Contract who are mandated reporters under the Act sign statements indicating that they know of and will comply with the Act's reporting requirements
CHILD ABUSE REPORTING. Contractor shall establish a procedure acceptable to County to ensure that all employees, volunteers, consultants, sub-contractors or agents performing service under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to a county welfare department as defined in California Penal Code, Section 11165.9.
CHILD ABUSE REPORTING. 9.1.2.1 Subrecipient's staff working on this Subaward shall comply with the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act (California Penal Code (PC) Section 11164 et seq.), and shall report all known and suspected instances of child abuse to an appropriate child protective agency, as mandated by the referenced Penal Code. Additionally, Subrecipient's staff working on this Subaward shall also report such abuse to the County of Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services by calling the hotline at (000) 000-0000 within twenty-four (24) hours of discovering or suspecting the abuse. Subrecipient's staff shall submit all required information to the appropriate authorities in accordance with PC Sections 11166 and 11167.

PROVIDER assures BOARD that all staff members, including volunteers, are familiar with and agree to adhere to child abuse and/or missing children reporting obligations and procedures under Florida law, including but not limited to, Florida Statute 1006.061. PROVIDER agrees to provide annual training to all its employees regarding mandated reporting of child abuse and missing children. PROVIDER agrees that all staff members will abide by such laws in a timely manner. PROVIDER shall submit immediately by facsimile and mail, within twenty-four (24) hours, an accident or incident report to BOARD when it becomes aware of circumstances including, but not limited to: allegations of molestation, child abuse, missing children under PROVIDER’s supervision.

CHILD ABUSE REPORTING. All MISD and OP employees working at the School shall comply with all Applicable Law governing mandatory child abuse and neglect reporting, including but not limited to the Texas Family Code Chapter 261, TEC §§ 38.004, 38.0041, and the Texas Administrative Code § 61.1051.

If there is a reason to suspect that a child (anyone under the age of 18) is or was abused or neglected, Maryland law requires reporting the matter immediately and providing relevant information to the Department of Social Services in the county/location where the abuse occurred. Emergency services may be contacted if the child is believed to be in immediate danger. o Adult abuse reporting: If there is reason to suspect an elderly or incapacitated adult is abused, neglected or exploited, Maryland law requires reporting the matter and providing relevant information to the Department of Welfare or Social Services where the person currently resides. Emergency services may be contacted if the person is believed to be in immediate danger.
