Relief Cover for Leave. (a) The Employer shall provide to the Union, on request, all particulars of leave cover provided in a particular facility or part of a facility. The Employer shall provide such detail as is reasonably necessary to demonstrate that the leave coverage is in each case consistent with the commitment given in this clause. (b) The Employer shall where practicable organise its staffing such that all relief cover is routinely provided from within the ordinary establishment of permanent staff.
