Extended Absences. In the event Tenant will be away from the Premises for more than 7 consecutive days, Tenant agrees to notify Landlord in writing of such absence. During such absence, Landlord may enter the premises at times reasonable necessary to maintain the property and inspect for damages and needed repairs.

Extended Absences. Lessees contemplating absences for extended periods of time shall notify Lessor and file a forwarding address and phone number for availability in case of an emergency. Provision for routine care of the absent Xxxxxx’s homesite shall be made. Reasonable emergency maintenance and/or repairs shall be paid by Xxxxxx or reimbursed to Lessor.
Extended Absences. In the event that an academic program’s support staff is absent for an extended period of time, thus adversely affecting the program’s operations, the University will provide assistance during such absence. Requests for such help will be made by the Director and forwarded to the Xxxxxxx (or designee) with recommendation for action.

Should a unit member on a 194-Day (40 hours/week) contract be absent due to illness for a period greater than two full weeks, then the absent unit member shall account for the absence by deducting forty (40) hours of sick leave per week, or eight (8) hours per day for the entire length of the extended absence.

During such absence Xxxxxxxx may enter the Premises at reasonable times necessary to maintain the Premises and inspect for damages and needed repairs.
Extended Absences. When parents wish to take their children out of school temporarily, advance notice is essential. The principal and teacher will discuss with the parents the possible effects of an extended absence. If a student is absent for an extended time, (e.g., 15 or more days), academic performance will be affected and official grades may be withheld. Leaving school early, prior to 2:30 pm, is considered a half-day absence. Leaving school after 2:30 pm is equivalent to an “early leave”. A student may not leave the school before the regular dismissal time without a written request from a parent or guardian. The request must state the reason for early dismissal.
