Relief Differential Clause Samples
Relief Differential. Employees will be paid a differential of eight dollars ($8.00) when in addition to their normal duties they relieve or assist a manager for four (4) hours or more. Relief Differential assignments specifically exclude administering discipline to other employees.
Relief Differential. The 10-percent relief differential for workers who assist or relieve a manager will now apply to each hour or fraction thereof that the worker performs these duties.
