Religious Exemptions. 11.5.1 Any unit member who qualifies as a religious objector shall not be required to join or financially support the Association as a condition of employment. Such unit member shall pay, in lieu of a service fee, sums equal to such service fee to one of the following non-religious, non-labor organization, charitable funds exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of Title 26 of the Internal Revenue Code: 1.
