Common use of Religious Observance Clause in Contracts

Religious Observance. Professional employees of any faith who are scheduled to work on observed religious holidays may request, in writing, and shall be granted leave (up to two (2) days per school year) based on notification to their principal and approval by Human Resources. The professional employee will make up the time as mutually agreed upon by the principal, and the professional employee.
