Common use of Religious Teachers Clause in Contracts

Religious Teachers. Notwithstanding redundancy provisions as outlined in 3.04 and 9.10, it is agreed that the number of full-time equivalent religious teachers currently employed by the Board at St. Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Hall Catholic Secondary School may be maintained provided such religious teachers are available.
