Common use of Remedial Action Clause in Contracts

Remedial Action. Without limiting the above, ProQuest may suspend delivery of the Service if it reasonably determines that Customer’s or Authorized User’s failure to comply with this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to it or its licensors. If delivery is suspended, ProQuest will work in good faith to restore Customer’s access as soon as possible.

Remedial Action. Without limiting the above, ProQuest may suspend delivery of the Service Product(s) to you if it reasonably determines that Customer’s or Authorized User’s your failure to comply with this Agreement the Acceptable Use Provisions may cause irreparable harm to it or its licensorslicensors under the specific circumstances. If delivery is suspended, ProQuest will work with you in good faith to restore Customer’s your access as soon as possible.

ProQuest will immediately inform the Customer of the suspension, both the specific library involved, and OSOS’s designated representative.
