Remedial Training. Remedial training shall only be administered to correct documented deficiencies in an employee’s performance. When an employee is to be given remedial training, he/she shall be notified, in writing, of the specific subject areas to be covered and the reasons therefore. The training shall be confined to those specific areas. Only these specific subject areas shall be entered into the training record.
Remedial Training. Category A. A worker (auditor or contractor) that falls under Category A will be recommended for remedial training and may be denied from participating in the program until the remedial training is completed. In addition to remedial training, an increase of onthejob training or supervision may be warranted as well.

Remedial Training. If Franchisor determines it to be necessary, Franchisor may provide Franchisee or Franchisee’s supervisorial or managerial personnel with remedial training or assistance subject to the availability of Franchisor’s personnel. Franchisee shall pay all expenses incurred in connection with sending Franchisee’s employees to remedial training including, without limitation, the costs of transportation, lodging, meals, training materials and any wages. Franchisor shall, in Franchisor’s sole discretion, select the time and location of all remedial training.
Remedial Training. In lieu of declaring a default under this AGREEMENT, or terminating this AGREEMENT for material breach, or at the same time as declaring a default under this AGREEMENT, SHOPPE COMPANY shall have the absolute right to direct FRANCHISEE by NOTICE to have the DESIGNATED SHOP MANAGER attend training directed toward curing specific operational deficiencies. SHOPPE COMPANY shall have no obligation to offer training as an alternative to declaring a default or terminating this AGREEMENT. FRANCHISEE may be required to reimburse SHOPPE COMPANY for the reasonable costs of remedial training provided by SHOPPE COMPANY under this Section 11.3.4.
Remedial Training. We may require you, your general manager and/or your staff to participate in remedial training if the Facility receives a failing score on a quality assurance inspection, a failing score on quality assurance electronic guest survey (or equivalent evaluation system), or experiences significant complaints to our customer care department or posted on third- party travel websites, distribution channels, blogs, social networks and other forums, as determined by us in our sole discretion. This training may be offered at our corporate offices, at a regional location, on-line or at the Facility. The training may be in the form of one or more classes held at different times and locations as we may require. You must pay the tuition in effect for this program when it is offered to you. If the training is provided at the Facility, you must provide lodging for our trainers. In addition, if at the time of your quality assurance inspection, you receive (i) a failure rating on guest room cleanliness and (ii) an average quality assurance score of F on cleanliness of guestroom category or cleanliness of bathroom category (based on a minimum of 10 electronic quality assurance guest surveys), then we may require you to take a one day, on-site remedial class on housekeeping within [●] days after the inspection. The tuition for an on-line class is currently up to $[●], but is subject to increase in the future. The fee for an on-site customer experience assessment or training class is currently $[●] but is subject to increase in the future.
Remedial Training. Remedial training shall be conducted in order to achieve increased competence in an area of demonstrated deficiency. Remedial training may be assigned as deemed necessary by facility management. SOEs will receive remedial training as required in all phases of the operator-training program where the need for remedial training is indicated by examination. Such retraining will not normally extend more than (30) days after the examination; however, this time period may be altered as required for individual SOEs. Remedial training must be approved by the Facility Operations and Manager for Training. Remedial training should be sufficient depth to assist the SOE in obtaining the requisite knowledge in the deficient area. In the case of a failed written examination a two (2) week minimum waiting period shall be observed before a make-up examination can be administered. A training review board will convene at the direction of facility or training management as necessary to address individual problems in meeting qualification requirements. The training review board will be composed of appropriate management, training representatives and a qualified SOE that will be identified by the Union’s Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The Chief ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or his designee, may attend the meeting and serve in an advisory capacity. The board will determine if extenuating circumstances (personal problems, sickness, etc.) may have contributed to the individual’s performance. The board will make recommendation for corrective actions necessary to facilitate the individual’s qualification/requalification.
