Common use of Remission of Dues to Union Clause in Contracts

Remission of Dues to Union. The amounts to be deducted as dues shall be certified 14 to the County by the Financial Secretary of the Union. The County agrees to remit such dues 15 deduction to the Financial Secretary on a monthly basis. The Union shall be provided with a monthly 16 list of all additions or deletions of employees in the bargaining unit, the names of employees on 17 whose behalf dues have been deducted and remission of the net amount of dues deducted.

For the 17 payment of the aforesaid fee, the Union shall be provided with a monthly 16 list of all additions or 18 deletions of employees in the bargaining unit, the names of employees on 17 whose behalf dues have 19 been deducted and remission of the net amount of dues deducted.
