Common use of Remission of Dues to Union Clause in Contracts

Remission of Dues to Union. The amounts to be deducted as dues shall be 14 certified to the County by the Financial Secretary of the Union. The County agrees to remit such 15 dues deduction to the Financial Secretary on a monthly basis. The Union shall pay the County 16 $125.00 for processing the dues checkoff no later than October 30 of the fiscal year. For the 17 payment of the aforesaid fee, the Union shall be provided with a monthly list of all additions or 18 deletions of employees in the bargaining unit, the names of employees on whose behalf dues have 19 been deducted and remission of the net amount of dues deducted.
