REMOTE CHEQUE DEPOSIT SERVICE. 11.1 Terms and conditions in this Article 11 apply only to the Remote Cheque Deposit Service and are in addition to all other terms and conditions in this Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Article 11 and the remaining terms of this Agreement, this Article 11 will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency in respect of the Remote Cheque Deposit Service. 11.2

Remote Cheque Deposit allows the Client to make deposits to Accounts by taking a picture of the front and back of eligible Deposit Items (“Images”) with an eligible Device and delivering the Images and associated deposit information to ATB Financial. The Client agrees to follow procedures and instructions for use of Remote Cheque Deposit that ATB Financial may establish from time to time. 11.3

  • Mobile Deposit Service Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, you may use the Service to deposit Items to your Account by creating an Image of the Item using a Mobile Device, and transmitting that Image to us for deposit. You may transmit Images to us only from a Mobile Device located in the United States.

  • Deposit Services 14.1.1 Deposit service implies opening of a deposit account upon the client’s (hereinafter the “depositor”) application and accrual of interest on the funds standing to the credit of such deposit account.

  • Mobile Deposit Security You will complete each deposit promptly. If you are unable to complete your deposit promptly, you will ensure that your mobile device remains securely in your possession until the deposit has been completed. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized deposits. You will notify us immediately by telephone with written confirmation if you learn of any loss or theft of original checks. You will ensure the safety and integrity of original checks from the time of receipt until the time of destruction. If warranted in our reasonable judgment, we may audit and monitor you, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under this Agreement.

  • The Deposit The Tenant shall pay to Choose an item £0.00 (zero pounds) in cleared funds not less than 72 hours prior to the commencement of this Tenancy as a Deposit*. The Deposit to be held by the Choose an item as Stakeholder. At the end of the Tenancy the Landlord’s Agent shall return the Deposit to the Tenant subject to the rules set out in this Agreement. *Funds to include the first rental payments and the Deposit monies (if any) are required as cleared funds not less than 72 hours before the Landlord’s Agent is due to Complete this Tenancy Agreement. Upon the Landlord’s Agent Completing this Agreement it becomes legally binding on the parties. Payment can be made via our on-line payment facility, «D0000_11590_0#Property_Branding_Portal_U». Alternatively, please see Terms and Conditions for bank details. Please ensure you quote your unique ID «D4_1_0#Tenant_Reference_Number» when making any payments. In the event that funds should not be so received the Landlord is under no obligation to subsequently enter into this Tenancy Agreement.

  • Mobile Deposit The Mobile Deposit feature enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Checks (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Client Account 4.1 In order to facilitate trading in CFDs, the Company will open a Client Account for the Client, which will be activated upon the Client depositing the minimum initial deposit as determined by the Company in its discretion from time to time. The minimum initial deposit may vary according to the account type of the Client Account. This information is made available on our Website.

  • Transit Service is the delivery of certain traffic between Carrier and a third party ILEC, CLEC or CMRS provider by Frontier over a separate trunk group between Carrier and Frontier where appropriate trunks exist between Carrier and third party through Frontier’s tandem. The following traffic types will be delivered: (I) Local Traffic originated from Carrier to such third-party and (ii) Local Traffic originated from such third-party to Frontier’s tandem and terminated to Carrier.

  • Processing of Deposit files The use of compression is recommended in order to reduce electronic data transfer times, and storage capacity requirements. Data encryption will be used to ensure the privacy of registry escrow data. Files processed for compression and encryption will be in the binary OpenPGP format as per OpenPGP Message Format -­‐ RFC 4880, see Part A, Section 9, reference 3 of this Specification. Acceptable algorithms for Public-­‐key cryptography, Symmetric-­‐key cryptography, Hash and Compression are those enumerated in XXX 0000, not marked as deprecated in OpenPGP IANA Registry, see Part A, Section 9, reference 4 of this Specification, that are also royalty-­‐free.
