Removal From Probationary Status. The teacher must be removed from probation if he/she has demonstrated improvement that results in a new comprehensive summative evaluation performance rating of Level 2 or above for a continuing contract teacher with five or fewer years of experience or of Level 3 or above for a continuing contract teacher with more than five years of experience. If the evaluator is satisfied that the teacher should be removed from probation, the teacher shall be notified in writing no later than May 15.
