Common use of Removal of an Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Removal of an Arbitrator. After an arbitrator has been appointed, the President shall have the authority to remove such arbitrator from a case upon a motion by a party or upon exercise of his discretion after finding justification. If the President removes an arbitrator, he shall state in writing his reasons for same.
