If the contractor performs construction work in a geographical area located outside of the covered area, it shall apply the goals established for such geographical area where the work is actually performed. With regard to this second area, the contractor also is subject to the goals for both its federally involved and non-federally involved construction. The contractor's compliance with the Executive Order and the regulations in 41 CFR Part 60-4 shall be based on its implementation of the Equal Opportunity Clause, specific affirmative action obligations required by the specifications set forth in 41 CFR 60-4.3(a), and its efforts to meet the goals. The hours of minority and female employment and training must be substantially uniform throughout the length of the contract, and in each trade, and the contractor shall make a good faith effort to employ minorities and women evenly on each of its projects. The transfer of minority or female employees or trainees from Contractor to Contractor or from project to project for the sole purpose of meeting the Contractor's goals shall be a violation of the contract, the Executive Order and the regulations in 41 CFR Part 60-4. Compliance with the goals will be measured against the total work hours performed.
Timetables. Although the Schools take account of overall student needs when creating timetables, it is not possible to develop or adjust timetables to suit the particular needs of individual students.

United will reflect Contractor’s United Express Services in computerized reservations systems, United’s internal reservations system and joint city timetables as UA flights, and Contractor’s United Express Services flight connections to United will be listed as UA connections. United will provide information such that references in computerized reservations systems, United’s internal reservations system and joint city timetables to Contractor’s United Express Services will also contain notations indicating that such services are performed by Contractor as an independent contractor under the appropriate United Marks. A similar notation will be made by United in the OAG or any successor publication commonly used by the airline industry for the dissemination of schedule information. Such notations shall comply with all applicable regulations of DOT.

Timetables. 14.1 The Developer shall carry out all investigations, design, construction, commissioning, testing, operation, maintenance and related works, and enter into all Financing Agreements, in accordance with the Developer’s Timetable as set out in Schedule 4 (Developer’s Timetable).
14.2 The Grantor's Representative may notify the Developer if in his opinion the Developer is departing from the Developer's Timetable and/or the Construction Timetable but no such notice or review by the Grantor's Representative of the Developer's Timetable and/or the Construction Timetable or any comment thereon shall relieve the Developer of any of its obligations under this Agreement.
14.3 Subject to Clause 14.4, the Developer may propose amendments or revisions to the Developer's Timetable from time to time and shall promptly submit a copy of such amended or revised timetable to the Grantor's Representative for his approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Developer shall submit to the Grantor's Representative proposed amendments or revisions to the Construction Timetable from time to time, for the Grantor's Representative's comments, but not for his approval.
14.4 For the avoidance of doubt no amendment or revision to the Developer's Timetable shall relieve the Developer of its obligations to complete each Phase of the Toll Road by the relevant Time for Completion.
Timetables. 9.1 the Contractor shall perform its commitments pursuant to this Agreement whilst meeting the timeframes specified with respect to each milestone in the general project timetable set forth in Section 13.1.1 of the Specifications (hereinafter “General Project Timetable”) and the detailed schedules with respect to each Performance Phase that will be appended to these General Terms as Appendices U(1-3) following ISR’s approval of the detailed timetable in accordance with the Specifications (hereinafter “Detailed Project Timetable(s)”)(General Project Timetable and Detailed Project Timetable(s) shall be referred to above and below and collectively and individually as “Timetable(s)”). It is hereby clarified that until ISR has approved the Detailed Project Timetable with respect to a particular Performance Phase of the Project, in accordance with the Specifications, the General Project Timetable shall apply. In case of a discrepancy between the General Project Timetable and the Detailed Project Timetable in relation to a particular Performance Phase (subject to ISR's explicit approval of the Detailed Project Timetable), the aforesaid Detailed Project Timetable shall prevail. It is further clarified that time is of the essence in this Agreement, and failure to meet the times specified for completion of the milestones set forth in Appendix K attached to these General Terms shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement and shall, without derogating from any other right and/or remedy available to ISR pursuant to this Agreement and/or at law, entitle ISR to liquidated damages in accordance with Section 31 below. It is hereby clarified that nothing in this provision shall be construed as derogating from Section 5.1 above.
9.2 In the event that ISR reasonably doubts that the Contractor can fully and timely meet its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, without derogating from any other remedy available to ISR pursuant to this Agreement and/or applicable law, the Contractor undertakes, at its expense and responsibility, to increase the resources and inputs invested by it, as required, in order to meet the Timetable and work plan and all other obligations pursuant to this Agreement. Timetables. (a) If, at any time during the Term, the Operator believes it can deliver the Bus Services more efficiently and effectively, the Operator must immediately submit a revised timetable for approval by TfNSW, by notice to TfNSW via the BSAR system.
(b) If, at any time during the Term, the Operator wishes to vary the Timetable, the Operator may submit a revised timetable for approval by TfNSW, by notice to TfNSW via the BSAR system.
(c) TfNSW may approve or reject a timetable submitted for approval by an Operator, by notice to the Operator.
(d) If TfNSW approves a revised Timetable, the Operator must operate the Bus Services in accordance with the approved Timetable, within the period specified by TfNSW.
(e) If TfNSW rejects a revised timetable (or does not respond to the Operator’s request for approval), the revised timetable will be of no effect and the Operator must continue to provide the Bus Services in accordance with the approved Timetable.
(f) The Operator acknowledges that TfNSW may introduce a template for the preparation of timetables, by notice in writing to the Operator. The Operator must use the template when preparing any timetables, after receiving notice from TfNSW that a template has been introduced.
