Schedule of sessions. (a) The arbitration sessions shall be scheduled by the IICA, in coordination with the arbitrator and the parties. To the extent practical, sessions for the hearing of witnesses shall be set on consecutive dates. (b) The arbitrator(s) may, on his/their own initiative, postpone arbitration sessions. (c) If a party requests a postponement of a session, and if the arbitrator(s) decide(s) to grant such request, he/they may, subject to the provisions of subsection (d), impose costs on the requesting party. (d) If all parties consent to a requested postponement, the arbitrator(s) shall postpone the session, except for good cause (which he shall set forth in writing). (e) In exercising his/their discretion under subsections (b)-(d) the arbitrator(s) shall be guided by the principles set forth in Israel's Civil Procedure Rules and the cases decided thereunder.

Schedule of sessions. As a member of the 2016 NCNA Leadership Academy, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND ALL PROGRAM SESSIONS. The program year consists of an orientation conference call in February, three 2-day retreats and a graduation ceremony in conjunction with the NCNA Annual Convention. The dates for the Leadership Academy programs are as follows: • Orientation Conference Call: February 10, 2016 @ noon • Retreat One: April 7-8, 2016, Grandover Resort & Conference Center, Greensboro • Retreat Two: June 2-3, 2016, The Dunhill Hotel, Charlotte • Retreat Three: August 18-19, 2015, Xxxxx Conference Center, Chapel Hill • Graduation: November 5, 2016 (In conjunction with the NCANA Annual Meeting, Asheville Renaissance) In addition to the above schedule, the program will include individual and group assignments that will require considerable work time in between scheduled retreats.

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.   • Pay Schedule 50.01 The regularly scheduled pay day shall be bi-weekly, every other Friday. Pay shall be by direct deposit to the employee’s financial institute as on record with the Employer, with an electronic pay statement issued to the employee on or before the pay date. 50.02 The employee’s pay stub shall be delivered to the employee’s workplace and distributed to the employee on or before the specified pay date. 50.03 Employees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule “A” of this agreement.
