Common use of Removal of Committee Members Clause in Contracts

Removal of Committee Members. An extraordinary meeting of the Owners may be convened for: (a) removing from office any member of the Owners’ Committee elected by such Owners under Clause 12.1(a); and/or (b) electing a new member of the Owners’ Committee to replace any member of the Owners’ Committee elected by such Owners under Clause 12.1 (a) who has: (i) ceased to be such member under Clause 12.4; or (ii) been removed as provided in Clause 12.6(a) above.
