Owners’ Committee Clause Samples

The Owners’ Committee clause establishes a formal group composed of property owners within a development or building, tasked with representing the collective interests of all owners. This committee typically oversees the management of common areas, enforces community rules, and may make decisions regarding maintenance, budgeting, or disputes among owners. By centralizing decision-making and providing a structured forum for owner input, the clause ensures efficient governance and helps resolve issues that affect the shared property or community as a whole.
