OWNERS’ COMMITTEE. As soon as practicable but not later than nine (9) months from the date of this Deed, the Manager shall convene a meeting of the Owners to establish an Owners’ Committee and appoint a chairman thereof or to appoint a management committee for the purpose of forming an Owners’ Corporation under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344). The Owners’ Committee shall consist of not fewer than three (3) members and not more than five (5) members, or such number of members as the Owners may decide from time to time by resolution at a meeting of the Owners, provided that:-

The appointment of a representative by a corporate body shall be in writing addressed to the Owners' Committee and may be revoked at any time on notice in writing being given to the Owners' Committee. (b) The husband or wife of any Owner or any adult member of the family of any Owner duly authorised by the Owner which authorisation shall be in writing addressed to the Owners' Committee and may be revoked at any time on notice in writing being given to the Owners' Committee PROVIDED THAT such husband or wife or such adult member of the family resides in the Development PROVIDED THAT not more than one person from a Unit may stand for election or be appointed as a committee member of the Owners' Committee. 7.5 A member of the Owne...
OWNERS’ COMMITTEE. (4:01) As soon as practicable and in any event not later than nine (9) months after the date of this Deed, the Manager shall convene the first general meeting of Owners (and to call further and subsequent meetings if required) for the purpose of electing the members and the chairman of the Owners’ Committee or appointing a management committee for the purpose of forming the Corporation under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344). The functions of the Owners’ Committee shall include but not limited to the following :- (a) representing the Owners in all dealings with the Manager; (b) giving to and receiving from the Manager notices on behalf of the Owners; (c) undertaking such other duties as the Manager may, with the Owners’ Committee’s approval, delegate to the Owners’ Committee; and (d) exercising all other powers and duties conferred on the Owners’ Committee by virtue of the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344), this Deed and the Development Rules. (4:02) (a) The Owners’ Committee shall consist of nine (9) members elected by the Owners for the time being entitled to the exclusive use occupation and enjoyment of the Lot and/or the Development or part thereof;
OWNERS’ COMMITTEE. 6.1 Membership of Owners’ Committee (a) There shall be established and maintained a committee of the Owners consisting of not less than three (3) members. As soon as practicable but in any event not later than nine (9) months after the date hereof, the Manager shall convene a meeting of the Owners to appoint the chairman and other members of the Owners’ Committee. (b) A member of the Owners’ Committee shall hold office until the next Annual Meeting at which he may stand for re-election, unless :- (i) he resigns by notice in writing to the Owners’ Committee; (ii) he is removed from office by the Owners by ordinary resolution passed at a meeting of the Owners called for the purpose; (iii) he becomes bankrupt or insolvent or enters into a composition with his creditors; (iv) he is convicted of a criminal offence other than a summary offence not involving his honesty or integrity; (v) he becomes incapacitated by physical or mental illness; (vi) he resides abroad; (vii) he ceases to be eligible as a member of the Owners’ Committee; or (viii) he ceases to be an Owner. (c) The following persons shall be eligible as a member of the Owners’ Committee :- (i) any Owner and, in the event of an Owner being a body corporate, any representative appointed by such Owner. The appointment of representative by a body corporate shall be in writing addressed to the Owners’ Committee and may be revoked at any time on notice in writing being given to the Owners’ Committee; or (ii) the husband or wife of any Owner or any adult member of the family of any Owner duly authorized by the Owner which authorization shall be in writing addressed to the Owners’ Committee and may be revoked at any time on notice in writing being given to the Owners’ Committee Provided that such husband, wife or adult member of the family resides in the Development. (d) No remuneration shall be payable to the Owners’ Committee or any member thereof but the members of the Owners’ Committee shall be entitled to be reimbursed for all out-of-pocket expenses necessarily incurred in carrying out their duties. 6.2 Meetings of Owners’ Committee The Owners’ Committee shall meet at such times as occasion shall require and in any event, at least once in every period of three (3) months. OWNERS’ COMMITTEE. (a) As a means of securing effective cooperation, interchange of information and management of the property owned as tenants in common, on a prompt and orderly basis in connection with various administrative and technical problems which may arise from time to time under the terms and conditions of the Project Agreements, the Owners hereby establish an Owner's Committee. (b) Each Owner shall notify the other Owner promptly of the designation of its representative on the Owners' Committee and of any subsequent change in its designation. Either of the Owners may, by written notice to the other Owner, designate an alternate or substitute to act as its representative, to act on the Committee in the absence of the regular member of the Committee, or to act on specified occasions or with respect to specified matters. (c) The Owners' Committee shall have no authority to modify any of the provisions of this Agreement. (d) The Owners' Committee shall meet at such times and places as agreed upon by the members or when requested by either Owner upon 10 days' notice in writing. (e) Each Owner shall have the right through its officers, employees or agents to inspect the Project and Project records at any reasonable time and to require that the Project be constructed in accordance with the standards provided in paragraph 4.

(b) The Owner of Phase 2 shall not be entitled to elect or send their representatives to the Owners’ Committee unless and until after (i) the issuance of the relevant Occupation Permit covering Phase 2 and (ii) the holding of the annual general meeting of the Owners following the issuance of such Occupation Permit.
OWNERS’ COMMITTEE. An Owners’ Committee shall exist throughout the period of this Agreement. The Owners’ Committee shall consist of one (1) person representing each of the Owners who are signatories to this Agreement. The Owners’ Committee shall meet at its discretion to exercise the authority granted to the Owners as a group under this Agreement pursuant to Article Two, Section IX, Paragraph C of this Agreement. The Owners’ Committee shall select three (3) representatives to serve on the Advisory Committee established pursuant to Article Two, Section VI, Paragraph A of this Agreement.
