Removal of Discipline from Personnel Record. A disciplinary action in the Employee’s personnel record shall be removed after twenty-four (24) months (or a lesser time if mutually agreed to by the parties) if there have been no further incidents. If the Employee terminates employment prior to the expiration of this timeline, the file is closed upon termination and the documents contained within the file are preserved.
