REMOVAL OR ABANDONMENT. Upon termination of the Renewal License by passage of time or otherwise, and unless (1) the Licensee has its license renewed for another term or (2) the Licensee has transferred the Cable Television System to a transferee approved by the Issuing Authority, pursuant to applicable law, the Licensee shall remove all of its supporting structures, poles, Trunk and Distribution System, and all other appurtenances from the Public Ways and places and shall restore all areas. If such removal is not complete within six (6) months after such termination, the Issuing Authority may deem any property not removed as having been abandoned.

REMOVAL OR ABANDONMENT. Upon termination of the Renewal License, or of any renewal thereof by passage of time or otherwise, unless: (1) the Licensee has its license renewed for another term or (2) the ownership of the Cable Television System is transferred to another Person with written approval by the Issuing Authority pursuant to applicable law, the Licensee shall remove all of its supporting structures, poles, transmission and distribution systems, and other appurtenances from the Public Ways and shall restore the areas to their original condition as is reasonably possible as soon as practicable. If such removal is not complete within six (6) months of such termination, the Issuing Authority may deem any property not removed as having been abandoned.

If such removal is not complete within six (6) months after such termination, the Issuing Authority may deem any property not removed as having been abandoned and may dispose of, and/or utilize, any such property in any way or manner it deems appropriate. Any costs incurred by the Town, resulting from the removal, site restoration and/or abandonment of the Cable System, shall be paid to the Town by the Licensee upon request.

If such removal is not completed within twelve (12) months after such termination, the Issuing Authority may deem any property not removed as having been abandoned and may dispose of any such property in any way or manner it deems appropriate.

If such removal is not completed within six (6) months of such termination, the Issuing Authority may deem any property not removed having been abandoned, and may dispose of, and/or utilize, any such property in any way or manner it deems appropriate. Any costs incurred by the Town , resulting from the removal, site restoration and/or abandonment of the Cable System, shall be paid to the Town by the Licensee upon request. No surety on any performance bond shall be discharged until the Issuing Authority has certified to the Licensee in writing that the cable system has been dismantled, removed, and all other property restored, to the satisfaction of the Issuing Authority.
