Removing Items From. Room All furniture, appliances, and equipment found in the premises at the commencement of the Resident’s occupancy must remain in the premises for the entire term as specified in sections 1.1 to 1.2 of this Agreement or the Resident is subject to subsequent charges as per section 7.4 of this Agreement.
