Remuneration for College Credit. To qualify for advancement to the next higher education (training) level on the schedule, the employee must submit to the Superintendent prior to September 15 an official college or university transcript reflecting the successful completion of the required number of credits. A grade slip or other satisfactory evidence may be substituted for the transcript for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days.
