Post-Observation Conference. 1. The post-observation conference between the evaluator and teacher will be held no later than five (5) days after the formal observation.
2. The purpose of the post-observation conference is to review the evaluator’s and teacher’s evidence related to the scoring criteria during the observation, and to discuss the teacher’s performance.
3. If there is an area of concern, the evaluator will identify specific concerns for the applicable criteria, collaboratively discuss and identify possible solutions to remedy the concern and summarize this in writing.
Post-Observation Conference. 2 – This is the teacher evaluation conference that may complete the evaluation cycle. - If this is the final Post Observation Conference, the summative evaluation document shall be prepared and presented to the teacher at least one day before conference. This may be done electronically through the evaluation management system. A review of data and other evidence of the teacher’s performance is done at this time. The identification of future actions for teacher improvement/growth will also be determined. The teacher evaluation and performance classification are forwarded to the Assistant Superintendent. It is acceptable that the student achievement data being used in the evaluation process lags one year and represents prior year data.
Post-Observation Conference. The Xxxx and designee meet with the Adjunct Faculty Member to discuss the classroom/workplace observation, student evaluations, self- evaluation, and Xxxx’x assessment.
Post-Observation Conference. 1. A face-to-face post-conference will be initiated by the observing administrator and will be provided after every formal observation, within ten (10) working days of that observation.

Post-Observation Conference. A conference that may be held after a formal observation or series of observations and is required for provisional certificated support personnel or certificated support personnel whose performance does not meet expectations.
Post-Observation Conference. The “Post-Observation Conference” shall be defined as a meeting between the evaluator and the teacher after a formal observation. The purpose of this conference is to review the evaluator’s judgements of the teacher’s performance based on the formal observation.

The post-observation conference will provide the opportunity for the teacher and evaluator to review the activities, evidence and preliminary rating for observed components. It will also provide an opportunity for the teacher to reflect upon his/her professional performance and an opportunity to reflect upon a particular lesson to determine if the instructional goals were met and how he/she might teach the same topic or concept another time. The discussion should focus on, but is not limited to, the classroom environment and instruction. The teacher has the option to reply to the administrator’s comments regarding the classroom observation. Either the teacher or the administrator may request a third party to observe the teacher. Teacher or administrator may request an additional date for an observation due to unforeseen circumstances.

At the conference, the evaluator and the unit member may agree to changes to what has been written on the evaluation forms, in which case they shall be re-drafted and re-submitted to the unit member within five (5) workdays of the post-observation conference. The unit member shall sign and return to the evaluator the final evaluation forms within five (5) workdays of the date they were submitted to the unit member.
