Renewal and Exit Criteria. The State will use the criteria approved in the ESEA Flexibility as the measure by which it determines exit criteria. The Parties may continue with the requirements of this MOU, even after a School meets the exit criteria, upon mutual agreement.

Renewal and Exit Criteria. The State will use the criteria approved in the ESEA Flexibility Waiver as the measure by which it determines exit criteria. The Parties will work collaboratively to agree to exit targets that will be explicitly stated in the Plans. Exit targets may include targets set in addition to the Smarter Balanced Assessment. The Parties may continue with the requirements of this MOU, even after a School meets the exit criteria, upon mutual agreement.
