Common use of Renewal and Reopening of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Renewal and Reopening of Agreement. This agreement will automatically be renewed and will continue in force and effect for additional periods of one year unless either party gives notice to the other party, not later than February 1, four (4) months prior to the expiration date or any anniversary thereof, of its desire to reopen certain provisions of this agreement and/or additions to this agreement, and to negotiate over the terms of these provisions.
