Common use of Renewal Date Clause in Contracts

Renewal Date. The reference in Section 9.1(a) of the Loan Agreement (as previously amended) to "five (5) years from the date hereof" shall be deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor: "six (6) years from the date hereof".

Renewal Date. The reference contained in Section 9.1(a10.1(a) of the Loan Agreement (as previously amended) to "five (5) years from the date hereof" shall be deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor: "six (6) years from the date hereofhereof (the "Renewal Date")" is hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor: "nine (9) years from the date hereof (the "Renewal Date")".
