Basic Qualifications. Tests – Results obtained in standard tests for this position must meet minimum requirements established by the Company, in accordance with Company policy.

Basic Qualifications. The Board shall, where possible, only employ teachers with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Basic Qualifications. (1) Any full power television station or Class A tel- evision station permittee or licensee, as well as any applicant for an original construction permit may execute a channel sharing agreement to be con- sidered in conjunction with the reverse auction.
(2) The party relinquishing spectrum pursuant to a channel sharing agree- ment must hold a license prior to the commencement of the reverse auction wherein its channel sharing agreement shall be considered.
(3) Channel sharing agreements shall contain a provision requiring that each channel sharing licensee shall retain spectrum usage rights adequate to en- sure a sufficient amount of the shared channel capacity to allow it to provide at least one Standard Definition (SD) program stream at all times.
(4) Channel sharing is permissible be- tween commercial and noncommercial educational television stations.
(5) Channel sharing is permissible be- tween full power television stations, between Class A television stations and between full power and Class A tele- vision stations.
Basic Qualifications. Basic qualifications means that the employee meets the minimum qualifications of the position and the records of the University indicate the reasonable certainty that the employee will be able to perform competently the range of duties of the regular job opening within a reasonable period of time.
Basic Qualifications. In order to do business with the County, a ENGINEER must be able to demonstrate that it has: • The appropriate financial, insurance, material, licensing, certifications, equipment, facility and personnel resources, experience and expertise, or the ability to obtain them, necessary to indicate the capability to meet all contractual requirements; • A satisfactory record of performance and integrity; • No unresolved negative issues with the Better Business Bureau; • The legal capacity to contract with the County; • Has already supplied, or upon request does supply, all necessary information needed to establish the above qualifications. The County reserves the right to inspect the plant, place of business or worksite of the ENGINEER. The ENGINEER will supply an IRS W-9 (Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) with their proposal. The unreasonable failure of an ENGINEER to promptly supply information ln connection with an inquiry regarding basic qualifications may be grounds for a determination of non-responsibility, If an ENGINEER who otherwise would have been awarded a contract is found non-responsible, a written determination of non responsibility, setting forth the basis of the finding, shall be prepared by the County and the non-responsible ENGINEER will be ineligible for the award.
Basic Qualifications. The applicant must meet the following criteria:
23.2.3.2.1 Must be a credentialed classroom teacher with permanent status;
23.2.3.2.2 Must be working as a classroom teacher at least 20% FTE at the time of application;
23.2.3.2.3 Must have substantial recent experience as a classroom teacher (at least two years teaching within the last five calendar years and at least three-year total);
23.2.3.2.4 The applicant must have demonstrated exemplary teaching ability as indicated by, among other things, effective communication skills, subject matter knowledge, and mastery of a range of teaching strategies necessary to meet the needs of pupils in different contexts (EC 44501);
23.2.3.2.5 The applicant must practice ITI in her/his classroom;
23.2.3.2.6 The applicant must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with adults;
23.2.3.2.7 The applicant must have strong writing skills and the ability to meet timelines.
Basic Qualifications. The following are basic qualifications for the Security Officer and Supervisors:
A. Contractor shall be licensed by the State of Oregon as an armed/unarmed private security services provider per ORS Chapter 181 “Regulation of Private Security Providers.” Contractor shall meet all applicable local, state and federal requirements with regards to providing armed/unarmed security services.
B. Contractor shall comply with Oregon Secretary of State of Administrative Rules for Public Safety Standards and Training - OAR 259-060, “Private Security Service Provider Rules.”
C. Contractor and Contractor’s personnel shall comply with the Basic Qualifications as outlined with the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) professional certification. Depending on the functions being performed at the County that may include any of the
a. Unarmed Security Professional;
b. Armed Security Professional; or
