Renewal of Leases. 5.1 Lease Renewal. Both monthly and annual leases shall be automatically renewed so long as the user is not in default. No reminders of automatic renewal, written or verbal, will be issued. Annual leases will renew automatically on September 1 of each year unless notice to terminate the Agreement is provided as described in 3.3, above.

Renewal of Leases. After the expiry of the lease, if Party B intends to renew the lease, Party B has the right of priority under the same conditions, but must submit a written application to Party A within two months before the expiry of the lease.
