Extension of Lease Term. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended, pursuant to all of the terms and conditions of the Lease as amended, for an additional period of forty-two (42) months, ending on August 31, 2022 (the “First Extended Term”).
Extension of Lease Term. The Term of the Lease specified in § 1.4 of the Lease as heretofore amended is hereby extended for an additional period of two (2) years commencing on July 1, 2016, and the Expiration Date of the Lease is hereby amended accordingly to June 30, 2018, as shown in the Table above.
Extension of Lease Term. With respect to the Existing Premises and the Additional Premises (as defined below), the Lease Term is extended for an additional period (the “Extension Term”) and shall now expire on June 30, 2023 (the “New Expiration Date”). During the Extension Term, all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Lease shall be applicable, except as set forth herein.
Extension of Lease Term. If Resident enters into a Lease Agreement with Landlord for the Premises, the term of which begins no more than thirty (30) days after the end of the Lease Term of this Lease Agreement, then the Lease Term of this Lease Agreement shall extend until the beginning of the Lease Term of the subsequent Lease Agreement and all terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement shall extend accordingly.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is hereby extended through June 30, 2010.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of three (3) months, commencing on July 1, 2020 and continuing through and until September 30, 2020 (the “Extension Term”). All covenants, conditions, and provisions of the Lease shall be applicable during the Extension Term. The Base Rent payable during the Extension Term shall be the same as the Base Rent due during the calendar month immediately preceding the Extension Term.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is presently scheduled to expire on February 28, 2013. Effective as of March 1, 2013 (the “Extension Date”), the Lease Term is extended for a period expiring on February 28, 2015 (the “Revised Lease Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated under the terms of the Lease. The period beginning on the Extension Date and continuing through the Revised Lease Expiration Date is the “Extension Term” and the Summary of Basic Lease Information and Section 3 of the Lease are amended accordingly.
Extension of Lease Term. The City may extend the contract for 9 additional terms (9 months per term (September 1 – May 31)), which extension may be granted by action of the City Manager. NPO must send notice to the Landlord at least 90 days before the expiration of each term to request such extension.
Extension of Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that the Lease Term is hereby scheduled to expire on August 31, 2003. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree the Lease Term shall be extended for the period commencing September 1, 2003 and continuing through and expiring on the day preceding the thirty-sixth (36th) month anniversary of the Relocation Date (as defined below) (the "Extension Term"), upon and subject to all of the existing terms of the Lease except as otherwise hereafter set forth.
Extension of Lease Term. The Initial Lease Term is hereby extended until 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2012.
