Extension of Lease Term. The Term of the Lease shall be extended (the “Extension Term”) commencing December 11, 2021 (the “Extension Term Commencement Date”) and expiring June 30, 2024.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of three (3) months, commencing on July 1, 2020 and continuing through and until September 30, 2020 (the “Extension Term”). All covenants, conditions, and provisions of the Lease shall be applicable during the Extension Term. The Base Rent payable during the Extension Term shall be the same as the Base Rent due during the calendar month immediately preceding the Extension Term.
Extension of Lease Term. If Resident enters into a Lease Agreement with Landlord for the Premises, the term of which begins no more than thirty (30) days after the end of the Lease Term of this Lease Agreement, then the Lease Term of this Lease Agreement shall extend until the beginning of the Lease Term of the subsequent Lease Agreement and all terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement shall extend accordingly.
Extension of Lease Term. With respect to the Existing Premises and the Additional Premises (as defined below), the Lease Term is extended for an additional period (the “Extension Term”) and shall now expire on June 30, 2023 (the “New Expiration Date”). During the Extension Term, all of the terms, covenants and conditions of the Lease shall be applicable, except as set forth herein.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is hereby extended through June 30, 2010.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is extended so that the Lease Term will additionally include the period commencing on 8/1/2024, and ending on 7/31/2025. The period of time added to the Lease Term, as set forth in the preceding sentence, is referred to herein as the “Renewal Term”. Notwithstanding this extension of the Lease Term, Resident acknowledges that Resident does not have any right to further extend the Lease Term.
Extension of Lease Term. The City may extend the contract for 9 additional terms (9 months per term (September 1 – May 31)), which extension may be granted by action of the City Manager. NPO must send notice to the Landlord at least 90 days before the expiration of each term to request such extension.
Extension of Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the Lease Term is currently scheduled to expire on January 31, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Lease, the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years commencing on February 1, 2015, and ending January 31, 2022 (the "Extended Term"), unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. For purposes hereof, the term "Lease Expiration Date" shall mean and otherwise refer to January 31, 2022.
Extension of Lease Term. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended from its currently scheduled expiration date of June 30, 2011, until 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2018 (the “First Extended Term”). Any reference to the “Lease Term” or “Term” in the Lease or in any Exhibit thereto shall mean the Lease Term as extended by this First Amendment.
Extension of Lease Term. The Initial Lease Term is hereby extended until 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2012.
