Written Application. 11.3.1.1 Pregnancy and/or Parental leaves will be granted per Sections 50 and 51 of Part 6 of the Employment Standards Act on written application to the appropriate Xxxx/delegate.

Written Application. Teachers interested in a job sharing situation must present a written application to the Building Principal and Association President before March 1 of the school year. The plan submitted should include a description of:
A. Teachers involved
B. Grade level or subject area to be shared
C. Brief description of how responsibilities would be shared The written application will not be subject to the grievance procedure.

Written Application. Application for such leave shall be submitted in writing to the Human Resource office prior to February 1 of the school year preceding the leave. This date may be extended at the discretion of the School Board provided a suitable replacement can be found prior to the start of the new school year.
