Renewal Timeline and Process. If the School seeks renewal of its charter, the School shall submit its renewal application in accordance with the renewal timelines promulgated by the Sponsor in the fiscal year before the Charter expires. The Sponsor will act on the renewal application in accordance with renewal timelines promulgated by the Sponsor in the year before the Charter expires following a public meeting at which the School shall have the opportunity to address the Sponsor about its renewal request.
