Renewed concerns regarding performance. If, following the conclusion of an EIP or following a warning, the Employer again has Concern(s) about matters previously dealt with in respect of an Employee under this clause, the Employer may renew the process in respect of those concerns without first holding the discussions set out in clause 13.2(a).
