The HCA proposes that the Council should let the properties at “target” rent, rent based on a Government formula which aims to ensure parity of rents across the social rented sector. The 2012/13 target rents for the properties are approximately: • £73 (2 bed house) • £76 (3 bed house) • £84 (4 bed house) • £92 (5 bed house) By way of comparison, an average rent for existing 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses in these areas would be £55, £60, £74 & £80 per week respectively.

  • Registry-­‐Level Fees (a) Registry Operator shall pay ICANN a registry-­‐level fee equal to (i) the registry fixed fee of US$6,250 per calendar quarter and (ii) the registry-­‐level transaction fee (collectively, the “Registry-­‐Level Fees”). The first quarterly payment of the registry-­‐level fixed fee will be prorated based on the number of calendar days between the delegation date and the end of the calendar quarter in which the delegation date falls.
