Rent levels. Rental levels for logistics and light industrial assets typically ranges between 300 – 750 SEK/sqm according to Datscha. The weighted market rent according to Datscha amounts to ~580 SEK/sqm and the current rental level amounts to SEK 431 SEK/sqm.
Rent levels. 9.2.1. The HCA proposes that the Council should let the properties at “target” rent, rent based on a Government formula which aims to ensure parity of rents across the social rented sector.
