Common use of Rent Review Clause in Contracts

Rent Review. 4.1 The rent shall be subject to review as follows: 4.1.1 an annual fixed increase percentage stipulated in Item 3 of Schedule 1; and 4.1.2 market rent review on the rent review dates stipulated in Item 3 of Schedule 1. The annual rent payable from the relevant market rent review shall be the greater of the market rent as at the rent review date and a 3% increase on the prevailing annual rental immediately prior to the review.

The annual rent payable from the relevant market rent review shall be the greater of the market rent as at the rent review date and a 3% increase on the prevailing annual rental immediately prior to the review.
