Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. 77,165 during Phase I (defined below) and 81,000 during Phase II (defined below). Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that difference in the size of the Premises during Phase I and Phase II is due to a change in the measurement of rentable area and not due to a change in the dimensions of the Premises.
Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. Total Rentable Square Feet is approximately 122,127, subject to final space planning and area calculations. As used herein, "Rentable Square Feet" or "RSF" shall have the same definition as "Floor Rentable Area" as defined in BOMA's Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings (ANSI/BOMA Z651.1-1996).
Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. SCHEDULE, Sxxxxxx 0, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Feet of the Premises, is hereby amended to read as follows: 152,086, which Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree has been verified as accurate upon final measurement and not subject to revision.
Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. As of the Effective Date, the Rentable Square Feet of the Original Premises and the Additional Premises is hereby agreed by the parties to be 66,829 rentable square feet.
Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. Approximately 203,562 rentable square feet Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that OWP&P has prior to the date of execution of this Lease confirmed the measurement of all square footage calculations in connection with this Lease. The foregoing measurements, as well as the measurement of the Building and any future measurement of the Premises to be leased to Tenant, hereunder will conform to BOMA ANSI Z65.1-1996 standards.
Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. 8,642 rentable square feet ("Rentable Area").
Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. 55,000, subject to verification prior to the Commencement Date by each of Tenant’s and Landlord’s architect based upon the BOMA standards to be set forth in the Plans.
Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. 47,881 Rentable Square Feet, measured in accordance with the standards described in Section 3.C., and subject to any expansion rights provided in this Lease.
Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. Approximately 36,570 rentable square feet in the aggregate, consisting of (i) approximately 26,196 rentable square feet comprising the 34th Floor Space, and (ii) approximately 10,374 rentable square feet comprising the 33rd Floor Space. Landlord represents that the rentable square footage of the Premises and the Building has been determined in accordance with the ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996 standard promulgated by the Building Owners and Managers Association (the “Measurement Standard”).
Rentable Square Feet of the Premises. Approximately 12,326 rentable square feet (“Rentable Area”). Landlord and Tenant stipulate that for all purposes of this Lease, the Premises shall (a) be deemed to contain the above described Rentable Area and (b) not be subject to remeasurement.
