Common use of Rental Income Insurance Clause in Contracts

Rental Income Insurance. Tenant shall, at its expense, maintain business interruption insurance in an amount equal to the Business Interruption Insurance Coverage. This insurance shall insure that the Base Rent will be paid to Landlord if the Premises are destroyed or rendered unusable by a risk insured against by a policy of standard fire and extended coverage insurance, with vandalism and malicious mischief endorsements.
