Reopener Negotiations. (a) Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, no Article shall be subject to renegotiation unless both parties mutually agree to do so. (b) At any time during this contract, the parties may agree to re-open specific articles of the contract. (c) For the fiscal years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024, the parties shall re-open and negotiate Article 12 Salaries. Re-opener negotiations will begin no later than February 15, 2022, for the fiscal year 2022-2023, and March 15, 2023, for the fiscal year 2023-2024. (d) Any re-opener negotiations shall be concluded within ninety (90) days unless otherwise agreed.
