No Obligation to Bargain. The University and the UFF, during the term of this Agreement, voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right, and agree that the other shall not be obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter, whether or not referred to or covered by this Agreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of the parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Agreement.
No Obligation to Bargain. The Board and UFF, during the term of this Agreement, voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right, and agree that the other shall not be obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter, whether or not referred to or covered by this Agreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of the parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Agreement.

Therefore, the UBOT and UFF-GAU, during the term of this Agreement, voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right, and agree that the other shall not be obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter, whether or not referred to or covered by this Agreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of the parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Agreement.
No Obligation to Bargain. The Board and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Contract even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Contract. As an exception to this provision, the parties will enter into negotiations that are necessary to address changes in terms and conditions of employment mandated by State or federal legislation.
No Obligation to Bargain. During the term of this Agreement, the University and the UFF agree that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter, whether or not referred to or covered by this Agreement. This provision will cease to be applicable on May 31, 2014 2015 or sooner should a replacement provision be negotiated and agreed. This clause (Article 31.2) may be reopened annually and shall not count as a reopener under Article 29.
No Obligation to Bargain. The Board and the UFF during the term of this Agreement, agree that the other shall not be obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter covered by this Agreement. Nothing in this section shall be construed as a waiver of the UFF’s right to bargain the impacts of decisions made by the University within the scope of its management rights on the wages, hours, or terms and conditions of employment of any bargaining unit member.
No Obligation to Bargain. The University and UFF-GAU, during the term of this agreement, voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right and agree that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject matter whether or not referred to or covered by this agreement even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of the parties at the time of negotiating or signing of this agreement.
No Obligation to Bargain. During the Term of this Agreement, the University and the 10 UFF agree that the other shall not be obligated to bargaining collectively with respect to 11 any subject or matter covered by this Agreement. Notwithstanding these limitations, if the 12 University exercises its management rights in such a way that any term or condition of 13 employment is affected, the University shall be obligated to bargain the impact of such 14 change.
No Obligation to Bargain. The exercise of any enumerated or reserved management functions, rights, or responsibilities will not be the subject of negotiation during the term of this Agreement, either with respect to the decision or its effects.
No Obligation to Bargain.
