Repair and Replacement Information. As the situation requires, the Vendor shall provide alternative quotes for both repair and replacement of any damaged Goods, if appropriate to the request. In the event the cost of repair is equal to or greater than seventy-five percent (75%) of the price of a new item, Vendor shall provide a written recommendation to the District representative regarding the relative merits of repair or replacement of the item. Failure to adhere to these requirements may be grounds for the termination of the Contract.
