Repair Timing. ABC shall use its best efforts to deliver repaired or replacement parts to the carrier for return shipment to Distributor within twenty (20) working days of receipt by ABC of the part to be repaired or replaced.
Repair Timing. ▇▇▇ and SRP shall cooperate with each other to ------------- restore damaged or malfunctioning portions of the System as soon as reasonably possible. ▇▇▇ and SRP agree to use their reasonable efforts to do emergency repair work affecting Telecommunications Services and Utilicom Services simultaneously so that both networks experience minimal downtime. ▇▇▇ and SRP acknowledge the importance of uninterrupted operation of the System and agree to use good faith efforts to arrive at repair sites with necessary personnel, equipment and materials promptly after receiving notice of the existence of a problem. Further, ▇▇▇ and SRP acknowledge the importance of restoring electric service, and understand that restoration of electric service may take priority over the restoration of the System according to customary industry practices. To the extent repairs are required to the System to fix damage caused by a customer, ▇▇▇ and SRP shall recover repair costs from the customer.
Repair Timing. UTOPIA shall restore damaged or malfunctioning portions of the Network in a timely manner and in compliance with the Network Service Level Agreement. To the extent repairs are required to fix damage caused by Service Provider, Service Provider shall pay the repair costs. To the extent damage is caused by any other customer, UTOPIA shall recover the repair expenses from the customer. If the customer is a Service Provider’s Subscriber, Service Provider shall assist UTOPIA in making the recovery by directly billing the Subscriber for such expenses. UTOPIA may also directly bill Service Provider’s Subscribers for any damages.
Repair Timing. UTOPIA shall restore damaged or malfunctioning portions of the Network in accordance with Exhibit “D.” UTOPIA acknowledges the importance of uninterrupted Network operation and shall arrive at repair sites with necessary personnel, equipment and materials and restore Network services in accordance with Exhibit “D.” To the extent repairs are required to the Network to fix damage caused by Service Provider, Service Provider shall pay the repair costs. To the extent damage is caused by any other customer, whether for Retail Services or Network services, UTOPIA shall recover the repair expenses from the customer, and if the customer is Service Provider’s Retail Subscriber, Service Provider will assist UTOPIA in making the recovery by directly billing the Retail Subscriber for such expenses. UTOPIA may also directly ▇▇▇▇ Service Provider’s Retail Subscribers for any such damages.

  • Repair or Replacement Except where an appraisal has been made, the Insurer, instead of making payment, may, within a reasonable time, repair, rebuild or replace the property damaged or lost with other of like kind and quality if, within seven days after the receipt of the proof of loss, it gives written notice of its intention to do so.

  • Outage Repair Standard In the event of an outage or trouble in any Service being provided by a Party hereunder, the Providing Party will follow Verizon’s standard procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble.

  • MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND RULES Tenant will, at Tenant’s sole expense, keep and maintain the Property in a good, clean and sanitary condition and repair during the term of this Agreement and any renewal thereof. Tenant shall be responsible to make all repairs to the Property, fixtures, appliances, and equipment therein that may have been damaged by Tenant’s misuse, waste or neglect, or that of the Tenant’s family or visitors. Tenant agrees that no painting will be done on or about the Property without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord of any damage, defect or destruction of the Property or in the event of the failure of any of the appliances or equipment. The Landlord will use their best efforts to repair or replace any such damaged or defective areas, appliances or equipment.

  • Contractor’s Equipment The Contractor shall be responsible for all Contractor’s Equipment. The Contractor’s Equipment shall be deemed to be exclusively intended for the execution of the Works.

  • Warranty Work Failure by the Contractor to take corrective action within twenty four (24) hours after personal or telephonic notice by the County's OC Public Works on items affecting essential use of the facility, safety or the preservation of property, and within ten (10) calendar days following written notice on other deficiencies, will result in the County taking whatever corrective action it deems necessary. All costs resulting from such action by the County will be claimed against Contractor or, if necessary, the Contractor's Performance Bond.
