Design Plans. The 30% design plan drawings will be revised and further developed to incorporate comments from the City’s review and the results of the 30% Design Workshop (task 2I). 60% Level Plans will be prepared to support the design and be included in the Project Contract Documents. For the purpose of developing this Scope of Services, the attached drawing list provides the drawings and sheet count anticipated for the final design plan sets. The 60% Design Drawings shall include the following: a. General sheets (approximately 75% complete with placeholders for missing information). The general sheets shall include cover sheet, vicinity map, location map, drawing index, abbreviations, symbols and notes, plus any additional information developed during the interim period from the 30% to 60% design submittals. b. Civil sheets (approximately 60% complete with placeholders for missing information). The civil sheets shall include the civil sheets shall include overall site plan plus any additional information developed during the interim period from the 30% to 60% design submittals. The civil sheets shall also include all necessary horizontal control data, trenchless construction details, demolition plans, pavement marking and restoration plans, alignments and profiles of force main and major civil sections. No ADA ramps are anticipated with Project 2.

Design Plans. Prior to installation of Site Improvements, the DNR shall approve Site Improvements design, installation location, and any site preparation plans needed. The Site Improvements are to be constructed in accordance with any final drawings and specifications approved by the DNR or other applicable entities.

The DNR shall notify (Name of Organization) if the Plans are found to be deficient. In that event, the Plans shall be revised as directed by the DNR and resubmitted to the DNR for review and approval. The DNR shall promptly notify (Name of Organization) in writing when the DNR has approved the Plans. The Site Improvements are to be constructed in accordance with the final drawings and specifications approved by the DNR.

Design Plans. Detail surveying and base mapping will occur prior to the 30% design and will be incorporated into the 30% design plan drawings. The preliminary design plan drawings will be revised and further developed to incorporate comments from the City’s review of the preliminary design and the Preliminary Engineering Report.
Design Plans. To the extent not already completed pursuant to the Initial Development Management Agreement, Development Manager shall in accordance with the Design Review, prepare, or cause to be prepared, the Reviewable Design Data at each of the reviewable design and development stages set out in the Design Review. Development Manager shall submit the applicable Reviewable Design Data for each applicable design and development stage to the Steering Committee for Approval (such Reviewable Design Data, as Approved by the Steering Committee for such development stage, the “Design Plans”). Once Design Plans have been Approved by the Steering Committee for a reviewable design stage, any material changes thereto will require the further Approval of the Steering Committee. The Parties acknowledge that following the issuance of “issued for construction” drawings, no changes to the Approved Design Plans may be made except pursuant to a Change Order in accordance with Article 6 of this Agreement. All working drawings, plans and specifications and copies thereof and all models with respect to the Project shall be and remain the property of the Contributing Parties to the extent same are not the property of the Consultant who prepared them.
Design Plans. (i) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT has not developed any Project design plans but agrees herein to undertake such design process. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT shall submit design plans to the DEPARTMENT for review once said design plans have been developed. Provided however, if the DEPARTMENT determines a condition exists which threatens the public’s safety, the DEPARTMENT may, at its discretion issue an immediate stop work order. (iii) LOCAL GOVERNMENT shall have the continuous obligation to monitor the maintenance of traffic and construction operation during the course of the Project so that safe and efficient movement of the traveling public is maintained. LOCAL GOVERNMENT is obligated to make such changes to the maintenance of traffic plans as may be necessary. During construction LOCAL GOVERNMENT shall take measures, including the placing and display of safety devices that are necessary in order to safely conduct the public through the Project area in accordance with the latest and most current version of the FHWA Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, 2018 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge construction and the DEPARTMENT’s 0000 Xxxxxxx and Traffic Design Standards and as those sources may be amended from time to time. (iv) Upon completion of the work in accordance with the plans, LOCAL GOVERNMENT shall furnish a set of “as-built” plans prepared in accordance with the DEPARTMENT’s Construction Project Administration Manual (FDOT Procedure 700-000-000).
