Repairs and Redecorations. 5.4.1 The Organisation is responsible for keeping the buildings, communal areas and all services in good repair and in a clean and safe condition and it undertakes also to maintain the rooms in an acceptable state of decorative order. 5.4.2 The Organisation requests all residents, relatives and sponsors to advise the Home Manager if they are aware of anything that requires attention.
