Repairs or Renewal in the Work. Prior to the Date of Completion, Contractor shall make all repairs or renewals in the portion of the Work occupied pursuant to Section 20.03 hereof, made necessary due to defective material or workmanship, or the operations of Contractor, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
