Repayment notice. (a) The Commonwealth may give the Recipient a Notice requiring the Recipient to repay to the Commonwealth (or deal with as specified by the Commonwealth) an amount which the Commonwealth is entitled to recover under clause 10.1 or 10.2. (b) If the Commonwealth gives a Notice under clause 10.3(a), the Recipient must repay the amount specified in the Notice in full (or deal with it as specified by the Commonwealth) within 30 days of the date of the Notice.

Repayment notice. MPI may give the Recipient a notice requiring the Recipient to pay to MPI an amount which MPI is entitled to recover under this clause 6.4. If MPI gives a notice under this clause, the Recipient must pay the amount specified in the notice in full within one month after the date of the notice.

Repayment notice. ACC may give the Recipient a notice requiring the Recipient to pay to ACC an amount which ACC is entitled to recover under this clause 3.4. If ACC gives a notice under this clause, the Recipient must pay the amount specified in the notice in full within one month after the date of the notice.

If the Grant Recipient and the SEIF Manager do not reach agreement regarding the notice, the Trustee and a senior executive officer of the Grant Recipient, or their delegates who have appropriate authority to resolve the dispute, will meet in Melbourne (or such other place as may reasonably be nominated by the Trustee) in an effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days of the date of the notice. If the dispute is not resolved at that meeting, the Grant Recipient must comply with clause 2.4(b)(i).

Repayment notice. 2.11.1 Unless otherwise specified or required hereunder, including Section 2.7, any Repayment Notice shall be delivered to the Administrative Agent at least: 2.11.1. 1 one (1) Business Day prior to the date of the relevant repayment if such repayment relates only to US Base Rate Loans; 2.11.1. 2 three (3) Banking Days prior to the date of the relevant repayment if such repayment relates in whole or in part to Libor Loans; and

Repayment notice. On each reduction of Advances Outstanding pursuant to Section 2.4(a), each Seller (and the Servicer on its behalf) will provide a Repayment Notice, updated as of such date, to the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser Agent (with a copy to the Collateral Custodian).
