Common use of Repayment of Identified Overpayments Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Identified Overpayments. The Provider shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery Sample, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

Repayment of Identified Overpayments. The Provider Extendicare shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery SampleSamples, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the Full SampleSample(s), including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider Extendicare shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

Repayment of Identified Overpayments. The Provider Xxxxxxxx shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery SampleSamples, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the Full SampleSample(s), including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider Xxxxxxxx shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

The Provider Providers shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery Sample, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider Providers shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

The Provider Home Bound shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery Sample, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including any extrapolated Overpayments determined by the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined IRO in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider Home Bound shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

The Provider First Call shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery Sample, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider First Call shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

The Provider CareAll Entities shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery SampleSample or the Full Sample (if applicable), regardless of the Error Rate, to the appropriate payor and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider CareAll Entities shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

Repayment of Identified Overpayments. The Provider Xxxxxxx shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery SampleSample or the Full Sample (if applicable), regardless of the Error Rate, to the appropriate payor and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider Xxxxxxx shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

Repayment of Identified Overpayments. The Provider Mid Xxxxxx shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery Sample, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider Mid Xxxxxx shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

The Provider Amedisys shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery Sample, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider Amedisys shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

The Provider Medicus shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery Sample, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider Medicus shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

Xxxxxxxx shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the Discovery SampleSample or the Full Sample (if applicable), regardless of the Error Rate, to the appropriate payor and (if applicable) the Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population as determined in accordance with Section A.3 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider Xx. Xxxxxxxx shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.

Repayment of Identified Overpayments. The Provider USPh shall repay within 30 days any Overpayment(s) identified in the a Discovery Sample, regardless of the Error Rate, and (if applicable) the a Full Sample, including the IRO’s estimate of the actual Overpayment in the Population 1 or Population 2 (on a per-Clinic basis) as determined in accordance with Section A.3 A.4 above, in accordance with payor refund policies. The Provider USPh shall make available to OIG all documentation that reflects the refund of the Overpayment(s) to the payor.
